Privacy Policy
The protection of your personal data is a matter of particular concern to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions (GDPR). In this privacy information, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within the scope of our website.
Contacting Us
If you contact us via a form on the website or by e-mail, the data you provide will be stored by us for six months for the purpose of processing your request and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.
Web Analysis with Google Analytics
Provided you have given your consent, our website uses functions of the web analytics service Google Analytics. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Cookies are used for this purpose, enabling an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated in this way is transmitted to the provider’s server and stored there. You can prevent this by adjusting your cookie consent accordingly (see below).
We have concluded a corresponding data processing agreement with the provider. Since the privacy of our users is important to us, user data (e.g., by deleting the last 8 bits) is pseudonymized. This means that only rough localization is possible. The relationship with the web analytics provider is based on commissioned data processing. The data is regularly deleted (currently every 26 months).
Data processing is carried out on the basis of the statutory provisions of § 96 (3) TKG as well as Art. 6 (1) lit. a (consent) and/or f (legitimate interest) of the GDPR. Our concern within the meaning of the GDPR (legitimate interest) is the improvement of our offering and our web presence.
Google reCaptcha
Our website uses the Captcha service reCaptcha from Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, to protect against spam and abusive interactions by e-mail. When using our contact form, reCaptcha is automatically activated; user data such as your IP address, browser data, operating system and possibly other data are collected by Google in order to distinguish real users from bots. If you do not want this, please use your own e-mail program to send us a message by e-mail. The legal basis is § 96 (3) TKG as well as Art. 6 (1) lit. f of the GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the security of our users and the prevention of unwanted e-mails. Further information on Google’s privacy policy can be found at:

With regard to your data stored by us, you generally have the rights to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, withdrawal and objection.
